What we collect
Account identifiers (phone or email), parent and child details you provide, trial and enrollment information, messages, favorites, reviews, and provider application information. We do not request payment-card data in the current version.
Why we use it
To authenticate accounts, match families with classes, send requests to the selected provider, support messaging and enrollment, prevent abuse, and deliver service notifications.
Help and feedback
When you submit feedback, we store your description, the page you were viewing, account type, device type and screen size, plus an email address only if you choose to provide one. Do not include passwords, verification codes, medical information, or other highly sensitive details.
Who can see it
Parents can access their own records. A provider can access only requests and messages for its organization. Authorized administrators can review records needed to operate and secure the platform. Public visitors cannot read parent contact details.
Service providers
Supabase hosts authentication and database services. Configured email and SMS providers process delivery information only to send requested service messages. Each provider applies its own security and retention practices.
Retention and security
We retain records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Access is restricted through account authentication and database row-level security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
From the parent dashboard you can download a machine-readable copy of your data and submit an account/data deletion request. Some records may be retained when legally required or needed for fraud and security investigations.
Children's information
A parent or guardian should submit information about a child. Please provide only what is necessary for class matching and safety, and avoid entering medical or other highly sensitive details in free-text notes.

Anonymous usage analytics
We use random browser and session identifiers to count visits, searches, and class or provider page views. We may record device category and page path, but this analytics table does not store raw IP addresses, passwords, verification codes, or parent contact details. Authorized operations administrators see aggregated reports.
